1. What is MobileCoups?

mobilecoups.com is a website where you can find coupons and other promotions with the click of a mouse. See menus, get directions, find contact information, and even check out local business websites.

2. What are Coups?

"Coups" are the text message coupons you choose to have sent to your phone. They will always be recognizable by our mobilecoups.com id number "320-75"

3. Are there any charges associated with using MobileCoups.com?

No. MobileCoups does not charge users for using the service. However, standard text messaging fees from your individual mobile phone carrier fees apply. Please consult your mobile phone carrier for more information on this topic.

4. How do I send Coups to my cell phone?

To send coups to your cell phone, simply search for the coups that you want using the search bar or browse all available coupons by category. When you find the deal you want, click on the "Get Mobile Coup" button.

5. How do I redeem the Coups I've downloaded?

Just show the Coup on your cell phone to the business at time of purchase. Saving is now that simple!

6. Will any of my personal information be given or sold to businesses or third party services?

Don't worry. We won't spam you or give your personal information to strangers.

7. Can I use Coups that I have downloaded at business locations outside of Gainesville?

Not yet. At this time, MobileCoups.com only services the Gainesville area.

8. How many Coups can I download at one time?

You can download as many coups as you want, but remember that most cell phones have a text message storage limit. Also, some really good coupons have a user download limit so if the limit was set to one, then a user can only download it once. This limit is set by each individual business.

9. Is there an expiration date for each Coup?

Yes. Each coup expires at midnight the day after you send it to your phone.

10. Will I receive unsolicited text messages from MobileCoups.com or other third party affiliates?

No. We do not send out spam. Only those coups that you specifically choose will be sent to your cell phone. In any case, sending spam through your phone would get really messy and smelly, don't you think? Gross. We will not do it.

11. What if my cell phone does not support text messaging or if I do not currently subscribe to a text messaging service?

Currently, we only service cell phones with text messaging capabilities. If we come up with any new features that would allow for more ways to get the coups you want, we will be sure to let you know asap..
